Bio:
Kristen has been in the personal training profession since 2015
and has been the head boxing coach at the university of buffalo since 2016.
Kristen is a 2 time national boxing Champion,
a 3 time New York State champion and was formally ranked number
five in the USA at 119 pounds. She was also voted the Ring 44’s
Amateur boxer of the year in 2016, and was voted Ringside magazine’s
most inspirational female amateur boxer in 2017.
She has a passion for both boxing training
and strength training, as both bring about a tremendous amount of
growth physically and mentally. She enjoys helping each client
individually to obtain their goals through guided programs.
“Strength training is necessary for each person whether it be for athletic performance,
quality of life or aesthetics. Each person can greatly benefit from an individualized
strength program that builds upon their strengths, and challenges their imbalances and
weaknesses. There is no cookie cutter workout, as we are all built differently, have
different goals, and have different things we need to work on.”
