Kristen, has been in the personal training profession for 6 years and has been the head coach of the boxing team at the University at Buffalo for 5 years. Kristen is a 2 time national boxing Champion, a 3 time New York State champion and was formally ranked number five in the USA at 119 pounds. She was also voted the Ring 44’s Amateur boxer of the year in 2016, and was voted Ringside magazine’s most inspirational female amateur boxer in 2017. She is currently training to make her return to competing after having her first child. She has a passion for both boxing training and strength training, as both bring about a tremendous amount of growth physically and mentally. She enjoys helping each client individually to obtain their goals through guided programs.
