Gabriel Gonzalez

My journey in boxing began at 15 years old when my father purchased the famous Luzi’s building on Hyde Park Boulevard. Casal’s Boxing Club moved into the building, I joined the gym, and boxing has been a major part of my life ever since.

In 2019, I helped my brother open FightNight Boxing Club and turned nearly 30 years of passion for the sport into something we could bring to our community. Since then, FightNight has produced a national champion, developed fighters who have competed in national tournaments, and become home to both amateur and professional fighters.

Our involvement in boxing also extends beyond the gym through FightNights.com, our boxing media outlet focused on fight schedules, boxer records, news, and coverage of the sport.

Outside of boxing, I serve as a police officer for the City of Niagara Falls. Whether through the gym or my career, I’ve always believed in giving back to the community I call home.

For me, FightNight is about more than boxingm it’s about giving people a place to learn, compete, improve, and belong.
