Meet Our Team

Owner

My journey in boxing began at 15 years old when my father purchased the famous Luzi’s building on Hyde Park Boulevard. Casal’s Boxing Club moved into the building, I joined the gym, and boxing has been a major part of my life ever since.

In 2019, I helped my brother open FightNight Boxing Club and turned nearly 30 years of passion for the sport into something we could bring to our community. Since then, FightNight has produced a national champion, developed fighters who have competed in national tournaments, and become home to both amateur and professional fighters.

Our involvement in boxing also extends beyond the gym through FightNights.com, our boxing media outlet focused on fight schedules, boxer records, news, and coverage of the sport.

Outside of boxing, I serve as a police officer for the City of Niagara Falls. Whether through the gym or my career, I’ve always believed in giving back to the community I call home.

For me, FightNight is about more than boxingm it’s about giving people a place to learn, compete, improve, and belong.

Owner

I got involved in boxing in 1999, and for the past 27 years I’ve been training fighters and continuing to learn the sport from the inside out.
In 2012, I opened my own boxing gym in an old second-floor warehouse. It wasn’t fancy, but it gave us a place to work. What started as a small gym built around hard work and a love for boxing has grown into a place where fighters of all experience levels can come to learn, train, and improve.

My approach to coaching is built around strong fundamentals, discipline, conditioning, and understanding the craft of boxing—not just throwing punches. Every fighter is different, and I believe good coaching means finding what works for the individual rather than trying to turn everyone into the same type of fighter.
Over the years, I’ve worked with fighters at different levels, from people stepping into a boxing gym for the first time to experienced competitors. Whether someone wants to compete, improve their skills, get in shape, or simply learn how to box properly, the goal is the same: help them become better every time they walk through the door.

Head Boxing Coach; Strength and Conditioning Coach

I started boxing in 2014 and quickly became one of the top female boxers in Western New York. Accolades:
2x national champion, 3x NYS Golden Glove champion, 1 National Silver, 1 national bronze, 1 international bronze medal and formerly ranked number 4 in the USA at 119 lbs

I’ve trained a national champion, international silver medalist, 5 NYS golden glove champions, 2 NYS Golden glove silver medalists and 2 Silver Gloves silver medalists.

I run the competition team at Fightnight with my husband Adonis and also run my strength training business, Limitless Performance out of Fightnight.

There are a lot of parallels to how a fighter handles themselves in their training versus how a person handles themselves in life. Boxing builds life skills and as a coach I enforce that through my training and expectations of each athlete I work with. I train each fighter individually, using their individual strengths to develop a style that makes them a strong boxer. Rooted heavily in fundamentals of boxing, strength, conditioning and the scoring criteria through USA Boxing, I build versatile fighters ready for any type of opponent they may face in the ring.

Substantial Strength training is a non-negotiable necessity as we age. With so much conflicting information on how to be healthy as we age … I stay rooted in training that is scientifically backed, and that has been backed for ages. Progressively overloaded training and substantial strength training is necessary for all. I train men and women of all ages, and continue to build an amazing community of adults that want to get stronger, healthier and move better. There is strength training for every single person, regardless of their injuries and limitations. I will bring the best out in each and every person I train and challenge them to push themselves physically and mentally.
