I got involved in boxing in 1999, and for the past 27 years I’ve been training fighters and continuing to learn the sport from the inside out.
In 2012, I opened my own boxing gym in an old second-floor warehouse. It wasn’t fancy, but it gave us a place to work. What started as a small gym built around hard work and a love for boxing has grown into a place where fighters of all experience levels can come to learn, train, and improve.
My approach to coaching is built around strong fundamentals, discipline, conditioning, and understanding the craft of boxing—not just throwing punches. Every fighter is different, and I believe good coaching means finding what works for the individual rather than trying to turn everyone into the same type of fighter.
Over the years, I’ve worked with fighters at different levels, from people stepping into a boxing gym for the first time to experienced competitors. Whether someone wants to compete, improve their skills, get in shape, or simply learn how to box properly, the goal is the same: help them become better every time they walk through the door.
